Quality Inn - Niagara Falls Blvd, Niagara Falls

The hotel did not meet my expectations with unclean rooms and lack of proper maintenance, despite a convenient location. I would not recommend it due to the poor experience.

The hotel is ideally situated near all stores, restaurants, and attractions, providing convenience during your stay. The room was comfortable but could have been cleaner. Unfortunately, there was no microwave or laundry room available.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was not quite what I expected, but it turned out to be convenient, especially with the trolley stops nearby for quick access to the falls. The rooms, though a bit smaller, were clean despite the overpowering scent of bleach. The staff was friendly and helpful, although I did notice some issues with maintenance and cleanliness.

The hotel had a convenient location close to Niagara Falls, shopping, and restaurants. The rooms were not up to standard, with issues like a broken water machine and a strong smoke smell. The service, although initially unwelcoming, improved and became courteous. Dining options were limited in terms of timing and additional charges. The facilities were basic and in need of improvements.

The hotel's rooms were a bit on the smaller side, but it wasn't a big issue for just the two of us. However, some maintenance issues were present like the broken water machine and the out-of-place dirty microwave. The overall condition of the rooms was outdated and filthy. The temperature inside was uncomfortably hot, taking your breath away upon entry.
